Pay For Your Flight
Room Reservation – To reserve rooms, the hotel requires a one night deposit for each room type (Please see the table below for rates). This initial charge is only to reserve a room and does not affect the number of individuals sharing a room. Please click the link for the Deja Resort website here. The hard deadline for the JDM to receive your full payment is May 26, 2026; however, for accounting purposes, it is preferable if full payment is received for each room.

Cancellation Policy

- From 5-7 days prior to arrival – one night penalty on each room.
- 7 days prior to arrival no refund.
- No penalty for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.
Airline Ticket Cost and Payment

- The cost for the round-trip airline ticket is $885.43.
- Airline tickets must be paid in full.
Please do not book your hotel reservation through the hotel’s website. The link to the Deja Hotel is only for you to view the location of the hotel and to peruse the website. As a group, we have 40 rooms reserved for the 2026 JDM and 40 airline tickets from Saint Louis. The hotel reservation and the airline reservation must be made through the JDM. The JDM must keep track of the hotel rooms and the airline tickets to comply with the deadline to make any necessary changes to the reservations with the Deja Hotel or Southwest Airlines.
There are two options to pay for your airline ticket and your hotel reservation. You may either pay by Venmo or by check. We prefer payments in full when you register, and we must receive your full payments for your ticket and hotel reservations by the hard deadline of May 26, 2026. Again, both the airline and hotel reservations must be done through the Jamaica Dental Mission and payment sent to Dr. Dwight E. McLeod.
For Venmo users, please make sure the name of the volunteer is included in the note.
If you are paying by check, please indicate in the “Memo” section of the check that payment is for the 2026 JDM. Also, if someone is paying by check for you, please have them include your name in the “Memo section of the check.
