Pay For Your Flight
Room Reservation – To reserve rooms, the hotel requires a one night deposit for each room type (Please see the table below for rates). This initial charge is only to reserve a room and does not affect the number of individuals sharing a room. Please click the link for the Deja Resort website here. The hotel must receive 100% remaining balance for all rooms by May 31, 2026. The hard deadline for the JDM to receive your full payment is May 26, 2026; however, for accounting purposes, it is preferable if full payment is received for each room.

Cancellation Policy

- From 5-7 days prior to arrival – one night penalty on each room.
- 7 days prior to arrival no refund.
- No penalty for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.
Airline Ticket Cost and Payment

- The cost for the round-trip airline ticket is $885.43.
- Airline tickets must be paid in full.
